Stay requests are inquiries until Oasis confirms the full stay, price, capacity, and policies with you. Sending a request does not reserve accommodation.

What we collect

Your name, email, chosen dates, guest count, stay preference, acknowledgement, and any optional phone number, arrival estimate, or notes you provide. Please do not send passport information or payment-card details.

How your details are used

We use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry and manage your stay. Requests are stored in a protected Cloudflare D1 database and are available through the authenticated owner dashboard. This website does not add you to a marketing list or process card payments.

Your request receipt

The receipt reference and private token let you check the request’s status. Keep the private token safe. A request does not hold inventory; availability can change before confirmation. Accommodation is paid on arrival.

Your choices and contact

To ask about your information, correct a request, or request removal, contact Oasis at +66 84 058 8096 or WhatsApp. Include your request reference if you have one; never share your private receipt token publicly. Final booking and cancellation terms are provided with the owner’s offer before you agree to a stay.
